Pearl Bangle Bracelet

How can I get a classy looking wardrobe?
I have had a huge clear out of my wardrobe and I want to look really good!
I am giving all my blah and boring clothes to charity and now my wardrobe seems really bare!
This is what I have already that I love:
Dark jeans
Navy blazer
White fitted shirt
Pearl necklace, bracelet and earrings
Big black sunglasses
Black lace up heels
Black ladylike handbag
Tiffany silver bangle
Pink trench coat
Silver flat sandals
What else should I buy? I don't seem to have much there!
I really want to be able to mix and match lots of different outfits!
This is what I am going for:

Well you've got the basics, but you are REALLY lacking any color or pattern. I tend to love bright solid colors, but avoid prints...but if you incorporate on piece that's bold in with a lot of those things you listed it would make you stand out much more, but still look classy.
Get some sexier short sleeved tops/blouses that you could potentially wear under the blazer, under a blouse, with casual shorts go out in the summer, etc. Get them in a bold color and get classy but slightly sexy ones.
There's a find line between classy/sexy and boring/trashy. You obviously want to come off as the former in this case. I have a rule I always use when dressing myself to avoid the possible "too boring" or the possible "too sexy" look:
If you are wearing a sexy blouse/top pair it with something loose fitting and clean on the bottom including the shoes....
Or if you are showing off some leg, then make sure your top is toned down and non-sexy. If you show leg...don't show cleavage or back. and vice versa.
This includes if you are wearing really sexy stand-out shoes. I follow the same rule. Maybe a slightly fitted capri or mid-calf length pants that aren't tight and too sexy. Follow suit with a moderate top and I find I cannot go wrong.
It usually allows you to still look/feel sexy when you're still putting off a "classy and stylish" appearance. There's nothing worse than looking dull or accidentally too sexy.....
But the bold colors in one area are key to not having a boring style.
Don't forget that you can easily spice up a wardrobe like yours with bohemian style accessories and shoes as well to add an exotic appeal to your more basic pieces (and still classy). A pair of gypsy coin bronze earrings.....maybe a flowy caftan/tunic style blouse. These things can easily give you a totally different look. A remember! One piece of turquoise jewelry goes with nearly ANY color and spices up any look! I love a chunky turquoise-stone bracelet tossed in with a neutral toned outfit, for example.
Just get creative and you'll be able to mix a million different looks with very little and still get compliments on your look all the time.
